The ICC Annual Arbitration & ADR Conference in association with Opus 2

Opus 2 Opus 2

The ICC’s much anticipated Annual Arbitration and ADR Conference will be taking place from the 23rd -25th of June, welcoming influential speakers from across the legal world.

Over the course of three days the virtual conference boasts a packed agenda of panel sessions, roundtables and interactive workshops, all of which aim to tackle a range of hot topics in arbitration head-on including; Climate Change related disputes and Arbitration, Med-Arb, and Reform of Witness Statement Evidence in International Arbitration, to name a few.

Kicking off day two of the event, Session 3 will focus on witness statement evidence, featuring Opus 2’s Training Manager, Rob Greene as a keynote speaker. During the session Rob will show attendees how technology can be used to effectively manage witness statements pre, during, and post-hearing, ultimately allowing for a more seamless, connected, and successful outcome. The session will conclude with a vision for the future, with Rob providing a sneak peek into how technology will ultimately aid in witness preparation and cross-examination.

The flagship event - which is being run in association with Opus 2 - marks the second in a number of activities and initiatives that both organisations are embarking on jointly as part of a wider yearlong collaboration. This collaboration will see Opus 2 working in association with the ICC to increase awareness, learning and education around the use of technology within the arbitration community and the legal sector at large.
